Lead the brands portfolio agenda across the UK by fusing shopper behaviour, category dynamics, and volumetric drivers into clear portfolio strategies and plans. Put shopper insights at the centre of every decision: continuously analyse shopper missions, path-to-purchase, decision trees, and barriers/drivers; quantify conversion. Partner closely with Brand Marketing to shape portfolio architecture and develop product initiatives, guide innovation/renovation choices, and turn insights into the Perfect Sell toolkit—clear selling stories, customer‑ready guidance, and playbooks that equip Sales to win with customers on assortment.
