A chance to lead the brand strategy of a rapidly growing, sustainability‑focused alcoholic drinks brand. Full autonomy to shape long‑term marketing objectives and deliverables. Opportunity to grow professionally in a people‑first organisation.

This drinks brand is gaining significant traction in the industry, seeing year‑on‑year growth and attracting new customers at an impressive rate. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re positioned for substantial growth.

As a 360° marketing manager you will be responsible for the delivery of long‑term brand objectives and deliverables for the portfolio. You will be the main point of contact for the brand both internally and externally, ensuring the implementation of the brand strategy in the market. Managing and developing commercial plans, pitches and brand activation to support long‑term growth will be a core part of the role.

We want a creative marketer who can think differently. Your background doesn’t need to be from the drinks industry – we value the ability to build a brand from scratch. Experience with Gen Z‑focused, digital‑first video content and a disruption mindset are essential.

You can always talk to us about any adjustments you need to make your life easier. We’re always open to your thoughts and suggestions to make recruitment fair for everyone. Feedback is extremely important – not only is it common courtesy, but it can help improve mental health, provide clarity and help you improve. We endeavour to respond to all applications within two working days.
