Marvel FMCG - Certified B Corporation® is seeking a visionary leader to build the commercial engine for a fast-growing independent distillery in Kent. You will grow sales of our own portfolio and create a premium sales agency representing carefully selected spirits brands, helping founders secure first listings and accelerate distribution.
Take ownership of strategy, budgets and forecasting, recruit and develop a sales team, and shape the function to drive the next growth phase.
