This role is your chance to be at the centre of that relationship. The role You'll own the Morrisons account. Full P&L accountability. That's the deal. No politics, no middle management nonsense you drive the strategy, build the joint business plans, forecast what's coming, and make sure the brand hits its targets while growing the business. Day to day looks like this: Managing customer relationships that actually matter, you're the person Morrisons calls when it counts Forecasting base and promotional volume with precision Evaluating what worked and what didn't, applying the learnings immediately Building your contact strategy with Morrisons contacts, meetings, presentations, communication that moves things forward Working across the brand's business - field teams, finance, logistics, category, brand and making sure everyone's aligned Using data and insights to make decisions that stick Being a brand expert consumer, category, customer. All of it Being a brand advocate internally and externally because this brand's story matters You're the field champion. The person who gets it done. You own the outcome. It's complex work. It requires precision, relationships, and results-obsession. But it's the role that moves the needle. 1 day a week in London - home based contract so travel expensed Who we're looking for Not a CV type. A results type. You've got a proven track record in a FMCG commercial environment. You've delivered targets. You've missed them and learned. You've built complex relationships, the kind that take time and real conversations, both inside your organisation and with key external contacts. You've run a joint business plan as a NAE. You're sharp with numbers. Not a spreadsheet ninja, sharp with what the data's telling you. You can see patterns. You make decisions informed by insight, not gut feel and communicate clearly.
