A role focused on unlocking growth, building stronger buying group relationships, and driving distribution across key customers and emerging channels.
You’ll manage an existing portfolio of development accounts — but this isn’t account management in the traditional sense. These are accounts with untapped potential. Alongside that, you’ll work closely with the NAM Foodservice to strengthen relationships across key national buying groups, opening doors, identifying opportunities and creating commercial momentum.
- Building networks across buying groups and stakeholder contacts that open doors.
- Conducting customer reviews and competitor analysis to sharpen strategy.
- Creating and executing sales plans that increase market share and visibility.
- Negotiating commercial terms where needed.
- Leading bespoke projects across foodservice, on trade and specialist channels.
- Tracking performance, forecasts and KPIs across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
- Representing the business at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities.
It’s commercial. You’ve got experience in drinks or food led FMCG, ideally across Foodservice, On Trade or specialist wholesale. Existing relationships are a bonus, but the ability to build new ones matters more.
