As the organisation continues to evolve its portfolio to meet changing consumer behaviours and modern drinking occasions, this is an opportunity to join the marketing team in a high-impact role within the Hot Beverages category.
This is a business that combines long-standing brand equity with a progressive, insight-led approach to growth, continually investing in innovation, consumer understanding and category development to stay ahead of shifting market dynamics.
Why this role? This is not a maintenance brand management role; it is a strategic brand leadership position within a core category for the business. You will take ownership of a significant part of the hot beverages portfolio at a time when the category is evolving. This role offers the opportunity to both protect and grow established heritage brands while actively shaping their future relevance in a rapidly changing market. You will have genuine influence over brand direction, portfolio strategy and innovation pipelines, working across multiple markets and stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in FMCG brand management (food, drink, or consumer goods essential)
- Strong track record of delivering brand growth within complex portfolios
- Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complexity
- Experience across full marketing mix and NPD delivery
- Strong understanding of consumer insight, category dynamics and market trends
- Confident stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term delivery
- A naturally curious, consumer-first mindset
