We’re partnering with one of the world’s most iconic consumer brands, a business with deep heritage, global recognition and an ambition to shape the future of modern drinking culture. This is a company that has earned trust over generations, but what makes it especially exciting now is its mindset: curious, progressive, insight-led and unafraid to evolve. The business is investing heavily in future growth spaces, exploring how changing consumer behaviours, wellness trends and new consumption occasions will redefine the category over the next decade.

Now, as the portfolio expands into exciting new areas including cold beverages and emerging wellness spaces, they’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the thinking, strategy and growth agenda behind these opportunities.

Why this role stands out:

  • This isn’t traditional brand management; it’s future-facing growth leadership.
  • Lead strategic thinking across emerging growth spaces including cold beverages.
  • Shape long-term portfolio direction, not just short-term campaign delivery.
  • Work in a business where insight and strategy genuinely drive decision making.
  • Join a culture that encourages curiosity, experimentation and ambitious thinking.

The opportunity:

As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in identifying where future growth will come from and how the business can win in evolving consumer spaces. You’ll lead the development of long-term growth strategies across exciting new categories, translating consumer insight, behavioural trends and market opportunities into commercially impactful plans. This is a role for someone who naturally thinks beyond the obvious. Someone who enjoys digging into culture, behaviour and emerging trends and can turn that thinking into clear strategic action.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in FMCG soft drinks is essential for this role.
  • Strong strategic marketing capability with a deep passion for consumer insight and trends.
  • A marketer who naturally thinks about the “why” behind consumer behaviour.
  • Someone comfortable operating with influence and leadership beyond their title.
  • Experience balancing long-term strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Commercially minded, curious and excited by future growth spaces.

You’ll join a culture that values:

  • Insight over assumption.
  • Collaboration over hierarchy.
  • Curiosity over ego.
  • Long-term brand building over short-term noise.
  • Developing people as seriously as developing brands.

The team is full of marketers who genuinely love what they do; people who are intellectually curious, culturally aware and excited about shaping what consumers want next.

Interview process:

  • Stage 1: Introductory conversation, CV walkthrough and competency discussion.
  • Stage 2: Strategic presentation task followed by stakeholder interviews.

Ways of working:

2 days hybrid working with flexibility and collaborative office time.

Accessibility & feedback:

How can we make the recruitment process more accessible for you? We’re always open to adjustments and welcome feedback on how we can improve the experience. Feedback matters. We aim to provide clarity and communication throughout the process because respectful hiring should be the standard, not the exception.
