MarvDom Cleaning Services is a growing cleaning business based in Southwark, London. We are looking to connect with an experienced commercial cleaning bid and tender specialist to help us develop our commercial cleaning operations.Areas of support
- Identifying commercial cleaning tenders and contract opportunities.
- Preparing tender submissions, bids, and quotations.
- Assessing cleaning specifications and conducting site inspections.
- Calculating staffing, equipment, material, and operating costs.
- Evaluating contract profitability and helping us develop our commercial sales pipeline.
- Advising on compliance, quality standards, and contract delivery.
Working arrangement: HybridWe are open to a combination of remote work and in-person meetings or site visits across London, depending on the assignment. This approach will allow us to collaborate efficiently while attending site visits when practical experience is needed.We would particularly welcome someone who can share their knowledge and help us build our confidence and capability in commercial cleaning tendering.
