UK / Hybrid Salary up to ÂŁ65,000 + Double OTE

This is not a “maintain the system” role. This is a build it from scratch and make it thrive role. We’re looking for someone who wants to create, shape and lead our partner ecosystem from the ground up.

At Marval Software, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth and expansion. Over the next five years, we have ambitious plans to scale globally, and partnerships will be a key driver of that success. This is your opportunity to join an ambitious technology company, where you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to design and implement a partner strategy that genuinely moves the needle.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Partner Development Manager who has built or significantly shaped partner programmes, not simply managed ones that already existed. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to design, implement and scale a structured partner framework that enables us to build strong, commercially successful partnerships. If you thrive in environments where you can build, influence and drive real growth, this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing and launching a partner programme from the ground up
  • Creating a clear partner framework and process
  • Identifying, recruiting and onboarding new strategic partners
  • Developing commercially successful partner relationships
  • Building scalable partner engagement models
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams
  • Driving partner-generated revenue growth
  • Creating the structure, governance and tooling needed to support a thriving partner ecosystem

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience building or launching a partner programme or framework
  • Is comfortable working in a growing, ambitious environment
  • Has a commercial mindset and understands revenue growth
  • Enjoys creating structure where none exists yet
  • Is proactive, entrepreneurial and self-driven
  • Wants ownership and the opportunity to build something meaningful

This role will suit someone who prefers building over maintaining. If you’ve only worked in large organisations where partner programmes were already mature and established, this may feel very different, but if you’ve been itching for the chance to create something yourself and make a mark, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

  • Salary up to ÂŁ65,000 depending on experience
  • Double OTE for hitting revenue targets
  • Real ownership and influence
  • Opportunity to shape a key strategic growth channel
  • Join a company with ambitious 5-year expansion plans
  • Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to build something from the ground up and see the impact of your work directly on the business.

WHY JOIN MARVAL?

At Marval Software, we’re proud of the platform we’ve built and the talented people behind it. Our culture is collaborative, ambitious and focused on delivering meaningful value to our customers. As we scale, partnerships will play a critical role in our next stage of growth and you’ll be at the heart of making that happen.
