In this vital health and social care role, you will be responsible for providing sophisticated clinical care and daily support. Your key duties will include:
- Delivering high-quality complex clinical care, including:
- PEG Feeding and management.
- Tracheostomy Care.
- Ventilator and BiPAP Management.
- Spinal Injury Support.
- Cough Assist and Oxygen Therapy.
To be successful in this support worker role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Complex Care role (with adults or children).
- Proven competency in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilator management.
- Confidence in using digital care planning systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, resilient and professional attitude.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults or Children). Current First Aid training.
