- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Complex Care role (with adults or children).
- Proven competency in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilator management.

- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

About The Role:
Your Responsibilities as a Complex Care Worker. In this vital health and social care role, you will be responsible for providing sophisticated clinical care and daily support. Your key duties will include:
- Delivering high-quality complex clinical care, including:
- PEG Feeding and management.
- Tracheostomy Care.
- Ventilator and BiPAP Management.
- Spinal Injury Support.
- Cough Assist and Oxygen Therapy.
- Supporting clients with daily living skills to promote independence and well-being.
- Maintaining accurate digital care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.
- Working collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure consistent, safe and effective care.
