We’re currently looking for experienced Complex Care Support Workers in Carlisle and surrounding areas to join our friendly, dedicated team. If you’re compassionate, skilled, and committed to making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Providing one-to-one care for clients with physical and clinical needs
• Supporting with tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG feeding, and medication (training can be provided if required)
• Monitoring health and responding appropriately to changes in condition
• Encouraging independence, emotional wellbeing, and quality of life
• Supporting clients with mobility, daily routines, and social inclusion
• Maintaining accurate, clear documentation and following safeguarding procedures

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a dedicated and compassionate person who takes pride in providing safe, effective, and dignified care. You’ll have experience in one or more of the following areas :

• Complex or clinical care (community or home setting)
• Supporting individuals with long-term health conditions
• Tracheostomy, ventilation, or PEG care (training provided where needed)

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in healthcare or complex care support
• Knowledge of tracheostomy, suctioning, or PEG feeding preferred
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Open to working 5 days per week (full-time availability required)
• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent communication, reliability, and compassion
