Your Responsibilities as a Complex Care Worker
In this vital health and social care role, you will be responsible for providing sophisticated clinical care and daily support. Your key duties will include:
- Delivering high-quality complex clinical care, including:
- PEG Feeding and management
- Ventilator and BiPAP Management
- Spinal Injury Support
- Cough Assist and Oxygen Therapy
Essential Requirements for this Care Job
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Complex Care role (with adults or children)
- Proven competency in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilator management
- Confidence in using digital care planning systems
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, resilient and professional attitude
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults or Children)
