As a Supervisor (also called Green Belts), you will start an incredible journey in an energetic and fast-paced environment, giving you the opportunity to challenge yourself and take your first steps into Management. You will support the General Manager daily in the restaurant while developing your management skills by running great shifts, cooking and serving our amazingly fresh Udon, and succeeding together with your team members (also called Chimu). You will look after them, be passionate about serving the best food, and create a welcoming atmosphere to give our guests an unforgettable experience each visit (in Japan this is called Kando).
