Supervisor - Marugame Udon
At Marugame Udon, we are passionate about great food, great service and creating happy guests.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to support our management team and help lead our restaurant during daily operations.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily restaurant operations
- Leading and motivating the team during shifts
- Running shifts and making sure standards are maintained
- Delivering excellent guest service
- Supporting the team across all restaurant stations
- Making sure food quality and presentation meet Marugame standards
- Completing opening, closing and operational checklists
- Carrying out regular travel paths and identifying issues during the shift
- Supporting food safety, health & safety and compliance standards
- Helping train and develop Team Members
- Supporting stock, waste and labour control
- Making sure the restaurant is clean, organised and ready for our guests
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence to lead and support a team
- A positive and hands‑on approach
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Passion for food and guest service
- Willingness to learn and develop
