Marugame (named after the city in the Kagawa Prefecture) opened in the UK in 2021 after over 20 years of success in several countries, bringing a piece of Japan by perfecting the craft of Udon noodles to this side of the world. Marugame is all about creating an honest and real hospitality experience for our guests by promoting a happy making environment for our teams.
As a Team Member, you will be learning new skills by cooking and serving our fresh Udon Noodles and succeeding together with your fellow chimu, being passionate about serving the best food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere to give our guests an unforgettable experience each visit (in Japan this is called Kando). Joining us now as a Team Member (also called Chimu) will mean starting an incredible journey with us in an energetic and fast-paced environment, giving you the chance to make your work fun by working alongside others in a lively kitchen.
