Marugame (named after the city in the Kagawa Prefecture) has opened in the UK in 2021, after over 20 years of going strong in several countries and brought a piece of Japan by perfecting the craft of Udon noodles this side of the world. Marugame is all about creating an honest and real hospitality experience for our guests by promoting a happy-making environment for our teams.

As a General Manager, you will be looking after your new store, being fully accountable for the smooth running of the business, managing great shifts, while cooking and serving and succeeding together with your team members (also called Chimu), being passionate about serving the best food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere to give our guests an unforgettable experience each visit (in Japan, this is called Kando).
