We’re working with a leading financial services group to appoint a Privacy Lead. This is a pivotal role shaping how data privacy is delivered across EMEA. As part of the wider Data Office, you’ll lead privacy activity across the full data lifecycle, working closely with the Director of Information Governance, IT and Change teams to deliver the data strategy. It’s a hands‑on, visible role combining subject matter expertise with real delivery impact.
You will bring:
- Extensive knowledge of data privacy regulation across EMEA
- Experience creating and implementing privacy policies, standards and processes
- Strong understanding of information governance, records management and retention
- Confidence advising senior stakeholders and challenging established practices
- A collaborative, delivery‑focused approach
