The Role:
- As a Sales Negotiator, you will be working as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience to all our clients and customers.
- Maintain contact with a database of potential buyers.
- You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers.
- Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement.
- Progressing the sale through to exchange and completion.
- Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Well organised with an attention to detail.
- Driven to succeed.
- Able to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
- Must have 1-2 years experience in a sales negotiator position.
- A full driving licence.
