The Role:

As a Sales Negotiator you will be working as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience to all our clients and customers.

Maintain contact with a database of potential buyers.

You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers.

Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement

Progressing the sale through to exchange and completion.

Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Well organised with an attention to detail.

Driven to succeed

Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.

Must have1-2 years experience in a sales negotiator position.

Afull driving licence
