The Role: As a Sales Negotiator, you will be working as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience to all our clients and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining contact with a database of potential buyers.
  • Scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers.
  • Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement.
  • Progressing the sale through to exchange and completion.
  • Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Well organised with an attention to detail.
  • Driven to succeed.
  • Able to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
  • Must have 1-2 years experience in a sales negotiator position.
  • A full driving licence.
