The Role: Our commercial department has a large portfolio of Freehold Properties and Development opportunities that require a Commercial Manager to oversee the Let or Sale of their commercial asset. The department also supports a large portfolio of external Vendors and Landlords. We are now looking for a Commercial Manager who will move the department forward to maximise its full potential whilst building on the strong brand to increase our market share. The Commercial Manager role is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Commercial Negotiator to take the next step in their career, whilst liaising with the Land department to offer a full bespoke service. The role is currently a standalone role, but we aim to develop the department further and over time to hire an additional negotiator.

Requirements:

  • Proven 2 years experience as a Commercial Negotiator
  • Self-driven with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
  • Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
  • Well organised
  • Full Driving Licence
