This role suits an experienced Property Manager who can think clearly under pressure, communicate professionally, and see a situation from both sides—the landlord and the tenant—without losing sight of the facts.

The Senior Property Manager role

As a Senior Property Manager, you might be dealing with a leaking roof in the morning, rent arrears before lunch, a landlord complaint in the afternoon and a deposit dispute by the end of the day.

A great Senior Property Manager does not panic. They prioritise, communicate and take control.

You will manage a portfolio of residential properties and act as the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors and internal teams. The Senior Property Manager role requires someone with Property Management experience who can balance service, compliance, commercial awareness and empathy, while keeping accurate records and driving matters through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Managing repairs and maintenance through to completion
• Communicating clearly with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Managing deposit releases and disputes
• Supporting rent arrears and end-of-tenancy processes
• Managing risk, compliance and service standards
• Investigating problems properly and avoiding assumptions
• Keeping records accurate and up to date
• Managing expectations professionally
• Resolving issues calmly and constructively
• Working with your team to deliver a consistent service
• Escalating matters where required, while taking ownership first

Is this you?

We are looking for a an experienced Property Manager who can bring the right mindset, not just the right experience.

You will need to be:

• An excellent Property Manager with at least 1 year of experience dealing with tenants and Landlords
• An excellent communicator who remains clear, calm and professional
• Highly organised, with the ability to adapt when priorities change
• Accountable, reliable, punctual and dependable
• Patient and composed when handling challenging conversations
• Inquisitive, asking the right questions before reaching conclusions
• A collaborative team player
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of how decisions affect clients, tenants and the business
• Detail-focused, with strong accuracy in written work and record keeping
• Professional, mature and solutions-focused

Location and hours

The role is based at our Head Office in Finchley Central.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
