About the Fast Casual Assistant Manager Position in Dover, DE:
The Fast Casual Assistant Manager in Dover, DE will support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations. You will be responsible for leading shifts, coaching team members, ensuring food quality and safety standards, delivering exceptional guest service, and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team during high-volume shifts
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and food quality
- Assist with hiring, training, and development of staff
- Manage inventory, labor, and daily cash handling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant
- Enforce all company policies and food safety procedures
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience in fast casual or quick service restaurants
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills
