We are seeking a dedicated chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Duties:

  • Assist in food production
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing and chopping
  • Help with basic cooking tasks such as cutting vegetables and meat
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Follow food safety procedures at all times
  • Support the kitchen team in various tasks as required

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
  • Basic culinary skills and understanding of kitchen operations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in food preparation and cooking techniques is desirable
  • Capability to take direction from senior chefs and work well within a team
  • Supervising skills to oversee junior kitchen staff when required
