Sales Executive with CAD experience

We are seeking a versatile and technically skilled Sales Executive with CAD drawing experience to join this manufacturing organisation based in Ashford, Kent. This unique role combines relationship-based sales with the ability to understand and communicate technical design requirements. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and creating accurate CAD drawings to support client needs and internal production. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. * Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, present solutions, and close deals. * Create 2D/3D CAD drawings, layouts, and technical illustrations to support sales proposals. * Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met. * Translate customer needs into viable technical solutions with accurate documentation. * Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and detailed design concepts. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, and technical documents in CRM systems. * Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client site visits when required. * Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies relevant to the business.
