The Role
- Managing a varied private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney
- Advising clients on estate planning, inheritance tax and succession matters
- Delivering clear, practical and sensitive advice tailored to individual client needs
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the department
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Demonstrable experience within private client law
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- STEP qualification desirable but not essential
- A proactive and collaborative approach to team working
