We are seeking qualified and motivated Solicitors to provide expert legal advice, represent clients, and manage a varied caseload. The successful candidate will handle legal matters from initial instruction through to resolution, ensuring high standards of client care and professional compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, practical, and timely legal advice to clients
- Manage a caseload independently, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
- Represent clients in negotiations and, where appropriate, in court proceedings
- Conduct legal research and keep up to date with relevant legislation and case law
- Prepare contracts, agreements, wills, pleadings, and other legal documentation
- Liaise with clients, barristers, courts, and third parties
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support business development activities, including networking and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate

Salary is dependent on experience and location and is negotiable for the right individuals.
