The role reports into a Senior Compliance Manager in their London office. The existing company has a proven pedigree in other asset classes, is a global bank with a solid balance sheet and ambitious plans to grow out their Futures & Options trading desks in London.
Our client is looking for a graduate calibre Compliance Analyst with circa 2-4 years of Futures & Options Compliance experience, ideally with ETD/Futures Trade Surveillance Compliance experience. Specific experience using the Nasdaq SMARTS Trade Surveillance system (monitoring of ETD/Futures & Options Trading activities) is required.
Due to the size of the team from the start, the role will be both hands-on, as well as growing into a Generalist Compliance or Compliance Advisory role in the future. In addition, this role offers 1-2-1 mentorship directly with an experienced Compliance Manager.
The company offers a hybrid mix of working-from-home and in-the-office arrangements.
