The Role
Senior Hedge Fund Trade Support Analyst (Multi-Asset class/ strategy with SME experience of Broadridge Paladyne)
Martis Search are representing a boutique Mayfair based Hedge Fund to hire a “Senior Hedge Fund Trade Support Analyst.”
You must have a very strong trade-life experience, ideally a minimum of 5-8-years Hedge Fund Operations experience and have strong working knowledge of the Broadridge Paladyne OMS.
You will responsible for the full trade-life cycle and also Hedge Fund Treasury Operations experience including knowledge of Margining, Collateral Management.
Our client is looking for someone for an all-round Hedge Fund Trade Support role, but will be required to be the company’s resident expert with Broadridge Paladyne OMS.
At-the-moment, there is no specific and sole internal representative who deals with Broadridge for support for Paladyne. This mean that the chosen incumbent will be responsible for all both major and minor projects relating to Broadridge Paladyne that need attention; this is from both an Operational/ Trade Support perspective, but also from a Front Office Trading perspective too.
As well as doing the day-to-day Hedge Fund Middle Office, you will be responsible for all minor and major Broadridge Paladyne related project work, as well being the internal “go-to” person for the Paladyne OMS, as well as the main external “point-of-contact” with Broadridge to ensure that all system changes are done correctly and within a timely manner.
You will co-ordinate with both the Head of Operations, COO, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Risk Management teams, as well as all Front Office Fund Managers to ensure their related changes to Paladyne are resolved. This involves prioritising which projects are the most urgent with senior management and ensure that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date with their related requests etc.
