Senior Hedge Fund Trade Support Analyst (Multi-Asset class/ strategy with SME experience of Broadridge Paladyne)
Martis Search are representing a boutique Mayfair based Hedge Fund to hire a “Senior Hedge Fund Trade Support Analyst.”
You must have a very strong trade-life experience, ideally a minimum of 5-8-years Hedge Fund Operations experience and have strong working knowledge of the Broadridge Paladyne OMS.
You will be responsible for the full trade-life cycle and also Hedge Fund Treasury Operations experience including knowledge of Margining, Collateral Management.
Our client is looking for someone for an all-round Hedge Fund Trade Support role, but will be required to be the company’s resident expert with Broadridge Paladyne OMS.
At-the-moment, there is no specific and sole internal representative who deals with Broadridge for support for Paladyne. This means that the chosen incumbent will be responsible for all both major and minor projects relating to Broadridge Paladyne that need attention; this is from both an Operational/ Trade Support perspective, but also from a Front Office Trading perspective too.
As well as doing the day-to-day Hedge Fund Middle Office, you will be responsible for all minor and major Paladyne related project work, as well being the internal “go-to” person for the Paladyne OMS, as well as the main external “point-of-contact” with Broadridge to ensure that all system changes are done correctly and within a timely manner.
You will co-ordinate with both the Head of Operations, COO, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Risk Management teams, as well as all Front Office Fund Managers to ensure their related changes to Paladyne are resolved. This involves prioritising which projects are the most urgent with senior management and ensure that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date with their related requests etc.

Responsibilities
- Own the full trade-life cycle for hedge fund operations, with strong emphasis on Paladyne OMS.
- Act as the resident expert on Broadridge Paladyne OMS and manage related projects (operational, trade support and front office touchpoints).
- Lead internal coordination with Head of Operations, COO, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Risk Management, and Front Office Fund Managers.
- Prioritize projects with senior management and keep stakeholders updated on progress and changes.
- Collaborate with Broadridge as main external point-of-contact to ensure timely and correct system changes.
- Support hedge fund treasury operations including margining and collateral management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of Hedge Fund Operations experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Broadridge Paladyne OMS.
- Experience across multi-asset classes and front-to-back trade support.
