Martis Search are representing a boutique-based Banking organisation to hire a permanent Real Estate Relationship Manager within the Commercial Real Estate division. This is an excellent new growth-role opportunity and you will be responsible for all areas: Originating, Structuring and Execution across commercial real estate lending across the UK and International.
The role focuses on originating new business opportunities, building strong networking and relationships with sponsors and intermediaries. The Relationship Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the full lifecycle from origination to portfolio management. You will need to have a proven track record working with Real Estate transactions and a deep understanding of the UK Commercial Real Estate sector. This role will also involve ad-hoc travel.
Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Originate new lending opportunities.
- Prepare credit applications.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and transaction reviews.
- Present deal transactions to internal credit committees.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate real estate clients.
- Identify business development opportunities.
- Review client performance and ensure compliance.
- Review portfolio performance and credit quality.
- Highlight risks and early warning indicators.
- Conduct annual reviews and facility renewals.
- Maintain portfolio information and ensure up-to-date information is correct.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years plus experience in Commercial Real Estate.
- Proven experience with originating and executing Real Estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of UK Commercial Real Estate.
