Martis Search is representing a global Brokerage company in the City of London to hire a permanent Futures & Options Middle Office Analyst. This is an excellent Futures Operations opportunity in a fast-paced global Trading environment.
The role reports into the Manager of Futures Middle Office and is looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 year’s Futures & Options Middle Office/Trade Support experience and is seeking an opportunity to continue learning within Futures Operations. The role is ideally suited to a Middle Office professional with strong technical and derivatives product experience, rather than a Futures Clearing background.
The role will be 4 days per week in their London office, but the company does offer working-from-home, as well as shift work (please speak to Martis Search for more details).
Our client is a major Futures & Options Clearing Brokerage, clearing across all International Futures & Options Exchanges, and the purpose is to provide operations clearing support for Futures, Options, Equity, Energy, Agricultural & OTC exchanges.
Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year’s Futures Trade Support experience gained within a reputable Brokerage or Investment Bank. The role sits on the trading floor.
Having an aptitude such as Advanced Level Excel or VBA is also attractive to our client.
- Futures Reconciliations of Trade positions and Trade flows.
- Process improvement and projects, i.e., automation of trade flows and Reconciliations processes.
- Trouble-shooting with external Software providers and building strong working relationships with them.
- FIX connectivity and Straight Through Processing (STP), including the management and monitoring of electronic trade flows.
