A boutique City of London trading institution is seeking to hire a permanent HR Operations Analyst. This opportunity would suit a HR Generalist with 2+ years' HR Financial Services experience looking to progress in their HR career. This is a hands-on role, covering the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced environment. A background in financial services or another regulated environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Administer HR policies, employment contracts, and employee relations matters
- Support FCA regulatory obligations, including SM&CR and Fitness & Propriety assessments
- Provide generalist HR support across the UK and European teams
- 2+ years' HR experience within financial services or another regulated firm
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Familiarity with FCA regulatory requirements, including SM&CR, is advantageous
- Highly organised, discreet, and comfortable working in a lean environment
- 5 days per week in the office initially (with some flexibility to work-from-home in the first 3 months)
- Flexibility to work from home 1 day per week after the first 3β6 months
