Martis Search is representing a Mayfair-based Ultra-High-Net-Worth Family Office seeking to appoint a Junior Assistant to the Chief of Staff on a permanent basis. This is a highly varied administrative and project-support role that goes well beyond traditional PA duties. It would suit a graduate-calibre individual (ideally a 2:1 from a strong university), either seeking a first professional role or with some prior office experience, who has a genuine interest in working within a UHNW Wealth Management environment.
Responsibilities
- Diary management, travel coordination, and day-to-day administrative support
- Handling general errands and ad-hoc requests (no task too small or too large)
- Producing management information and supporting reporting requirements
- Assisting with larger projects led by the Chief of Staff
- Owning and delivering smaller workstreams and mini-projects
- Creating procedural manuals and governance schedules
Qualifications
- Is of a graduate calibre with strong academics
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior professionals

This is not a 9:00 am–17:00 pm role. Flexibility is essential, including working across different time zones when required. Compensation
Total compensation is £35,000 – £42,500 per annum.
