Martis Search is recruiting for a senior Asset Management – Investment Operations Middle Office, Fund Administration/ Fund Accounting Associate for a West End‑based, global Asset Management client. The role is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract with a genuine strong possibility to become permanent. The incumbent must have experience covering Asset Management Operations for Cash Equities and Private Equity fund types.
The position reports to the Head of Investment Operations Middle Office & Fund Accounting. The role involves extensive manual processing tasks daily, including payments processing, cash reconciliations, and NAV and valuation work for a range of Equity, Private Equity and Fund‑of‑Funds. Over time, the team will move towards more automation with an existing OMS, but the incumbent must be comfortable working with manual Portfolio Administration/ Fund Administration/ Fund Accounting tasks.
Minimum 5 years of senior Investment Operations Middle Office/ Portfolio Operations/ Fund Administration experience across Cash Equities and Private Equity fund types. Strong willingness to learn and a no‑task‑beneath‑the‑ministry attitude.
Hybrid working model – a mix of working‑from‑home and in‑office. Excellent culture, supportive manager and a client ethically oriented.
Salary: £80,000‑£96,410 p.a. (pro‑rata over 6‑months) dependent upon experience, plus very good holiday allowance, excellent pension, healthcare, life assurance and more.
