The role involves joining the Investment Operations Middle Office for a 12-month FTC at a global Asset Management company based in the West End. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from the Head of Investment Operations Middle Office & Fund Accounting, as well as senior Operations Managers and other team members.
The position will require handling various manual processing tasks daily, including:
- Manual Payments processing
- Cash Reconciliations
- Working with NAVs/Valuations on different Equity, Private Equity, and Fund-of-Funds quarterly
Full on-the-job training will be provided.
Qualifications include:
- A graduate calibre with 6 months to 1 year of Portfolio Administration/Fund Administration/Fund Accounting experience from a Financial Services company such as Asset Management, global Custodian, or Fund Administrator.
- A Part-Qualified Fund Accountant with some experience in Portfolio Administration/Fund Administration/Fund Accounting.
- A numerate or STEM subject graduate (2025/2026) with a strong attitude seeking to gain 1 year of Investment Operations/Fund Administration experience.

- Exemplary communication skills, including confidence in approaching senior Operations Managers and Fund Managers for information.
