The role is based on the Investment floor, sitting next to the Front Office Sales and Fund Managers. It sits within the Loans Middle Office Operations team and provides Front Office Investment Operations/ Fund Administration support for Portfolio Managers. The company trades a range of different types of Loans for institutional clients such as Pension Funds and Insurance companies.
Our client is looking for someone of graduate calibre, ideally with a 2:1 in a numerate based subject (e.g. Economics, Mathematics) and with 6-months to 2-years Operations experience gained from any reputable Financial Services organisation.
You will be taught the entire Loans Operations Middle Office including:
- Months and Quarterly NAVβs/ Valuations
- Fund Administration
- Trade Processing and Trade Support
- Trade Query resolution
- Reconciliations
- Loans Documentation
- Invoice Settlement
- Administrator, Custodian and Transfer Agent Oversight of Operations
Salary: Between Β£35k pa - Β£45k pa dependent upon experience, plus a discretionary bonus, healthcare, pension etc.
