We are looking for experienced Motor Vehicle Technicians to join us at London Street Garage, Andover. Working with a team of dedicated and knowledgeable staff in a very well-established and reputable garage. Our customers include loyal owners of all makes of cars. Our Technicians are driven to be the best they can be. They are enthusiastic, professional and are always looking to learn new techniques, allowing them to work confidently with the very latest technologies.

The Role:

This is a full-time and permanent role. You will work Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday morning in two (as agreed in a rota shared equally between you and your colleagues).

Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Perform maintenance, repairs and/or diagnostics on the full range of cars.
  • Maximising efficiency while always maintaining company and industry standards and benchmarks.
  • Use diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnostics, testing, maintenance and repairs are completed in line with the manufacturers' repair methods.
  • Utilise company systems to record and monitor detailed explanations of all work carried out.
  • Providing your colleagues and our customers with highly detailed explanations of work required, or work carried out, through face-to-face and video communications.
  • To show respect to your colleagues and maintain your work area to company standards, ensuring an excellent and safe work environment.
Your Qualifications:
  • You will be a fully trained and experienced Service or Diagnostic Technician.
  • Certified to NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent to a Level 3 manufacturers qualification.

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including a starting basic salary of £30,000 - £36,000 p.a (dependent on your skill levels and experience). In addition, you will be given access to achievable team and individual performance bonus schemes. Your O.T.E is not capped and overachievement is always encouraged and rewarded.
