What You'll Do:
- Develop and optimize CRM workflows, ensuring seamless business operations
- Automate business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across departments
- Build advanced reports & dashboards in SQL, Zoho Analytics, Power BI to drive data insights
- Collaborate with teams across sales, finance, and marketing to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions
- Lead system integrations between Zoho CRM and external platforms
- Work hands-on with Deluge, JavaScript, and Python to create custom CRM functions
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in CRM development, solution architecture, or business analytics
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM (or Salesforce/MS Dynamics), SQL, Power BI
