We\’re recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling, private equity-backed rental business serving major names in the retail, events, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors. This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role, overseeing complex warehousing operations across four sites in the UK and Spain. This isn\’t a conventional warehousing job. It\’s not pick-and-pack, left-and-shift, or automated fulfilment. It\’s a hands-on, high-accountability role managing bulky, high-value assets in a reverse logistics environment, where service levels and turnaround speed are everything. Key Responsibilities: Lead and transform warehouse operations across Staffordshire, Gloucestershire and Spain (majority focus is on UK sites), standardising best practices and embedding compliance, service, and safety. Redesign layout, flow, and space utilisation for a wide range of refrigeration and catering equipment, optimising refurb, cleaning and stock turnaround.
