The Role

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
  • Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
  • Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm's reputation and client base.
  • Providing support to colleagues as required, particularly during absences.
  • Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.

Requirements

  • Completion of a degree, and LPC or technical qualification.
  • Strong IT skills. A good working knowledge of Word is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You will need to be dependable and flexible to business needs, as overtime will be required occasionally to include working weekends.
