We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator/Assistant seeking a new challenge with an award-winning firm. Purpose To assist and support fee earners with general administrative and typing duties, as well as reception duties when required. This role involves, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities, which may vary slightly based on office and fee earner requirements: Meeting and greeting clients and answering the phone Using the firm’s integrated Case Management System (Proclaim) for effective processing, delivery, and storage of information First contact administration Processing incoming payments Taking special deliveries to the Post Office and bank when required Photocopying tasks Delivering messages as needed Assisting colleagues with administration and typing duties Providing refreshments upon request Requirements Good educational standard preferred, with attention to detail Ability to use initiative and prioritize workload effectively Proficiency in Word and good keyboard skills Accurate typing skills; a Legal secretarial qualification is desirable Strong communication skills with a confident, friendly, and outgoing manner, both over the phone and in person IT competency Own transport is essential Smart appearance with a pleasant and friendly manner Excellent Salary and Benefits If you are ready to take the next step in your career with an award-winning, highly regarded firm, we would love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
