The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.

Being the first point of contact when booking initial consultations whilst working alongside Fee Earners, Solicitors, Partners, Senior Management and support staff across all of our offices. You must maintain and progress the smooth transitioning of enquiries from new and existing clientele.

The role includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Dealing with New Enquiries that come into the office, via email or by phone
  • Completing enquiry forms and other relevant key documentation related to each enquiry
  • Booking appointments and initial consultations for clients and sending confirmation letters
  • Updating and maintaining enquiry tracking spreadsheets to the highest standards
  • Following up after appointments
  • Organising, filing and keeping track of post-appointment documentation
  • Working alongside the Client Relationship/Marketing Manager, Fee Earners, Solicitors and Secretarial teams - maintaining the key lines of communication
  • Keeping up to date with firm offers to offer to our new and existing clients including our latest Will offers
  • Nurturing both new and existing clients
  • Ad-hoc office administration tasks
  • Inputting new client details into our client system, Proclaim

The Candidate

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes:
