The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
- Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
- Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firmβs reputation and client base.
- Providing support to colleagues as required, particularly during absences.
- Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
- Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.
The Ideal Candidate
Legal Qualificationsβ A Law Degree, LPC, or an equivalent technical qualification (CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer), though we also welcome applications from experienced conveyancers without formal qualifications.
Conveyancing Expertiseβ Experience in handling residential property matters, with the ability to manage files independently.
IT Proficiencyβ Experience using case management systems and confidence in working with digital workflows.
Strong Communication Skillsβ Clear and professional written and verbal communication, with a focus on excellent client care.
