We are looking for an experienced Wills and Probate practitioner to join our team based in the Potters Bar office.
Essential Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 8 years experience
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage a busy caseload
- Wills
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Court of Protection Deputyship and related matters
- Trusts and Tax planning
Preferred
