Location: Brighton with hybrid/ flexible working

Salary: Salary commensurate with experience

We are looking to employ an experienced Employment Law Solicitor, in-house Counsel / Barrister, Legal Executive or Case Worker to join our Employment Law team. We predominantly advise employees but also work with employers on a full range of employment issues and have a national reputation for campaigning for equality in the workplace.

You will enjoy all aspects of Employment Law as well as bringing and defending complex discrimination cases. You need to be a good communicator and team player who is committed to providing a high-quality service to all our clients. You must have experience of working at a law firm and signing off Settlement Agreements. You must also be proficient at using IT and case management systems and able to carry out your own advocacy to at least Case Management stage. It is desirable that you advocate at Judicial Mediations and Final Hearings.
