Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispensing Optician based in Bishop's Stortford. The Dispensing Optician will assist customers in selecting eyewear tailored to their individual needs, provide advice on lens options, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes duties such as interpreting prescriptions, supporting eye examinations, and providing exceptional customer service in alignment with Martin Reynolds Opticians' commitment to quality care.
Qualifications
A strong background in Optics and Optometry to assist in interpreting prescriptions and advising patients effectively
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive client experience from consultation to final product delivery
Familiarity with conducting Eye Exams or supporting optometrists during the examination process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong patient relationships
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
Experience in a luxury or designer eyewear setting is a plus
