Respected London firm are looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their team. The team acts for a variety of lender and finance professionals. Clients include mainstream banks, challenger banks, building societies, short term lenders, and private lenders.

The team offers a range of bespoke services with a particular focus on:

  • Real estate/property
  • Alternative and complex loan structures
  • Real estate development finance
  • Advice on refinancing and restructuring
  • Bridging finance
  • Advice on short-term finance and private lending, including initial due diligence and the production of bespoke loan and security documentation

The real estate finance opportunity requires a UK qualified real estate finance lawyer with 2 PQE+. You will join a high profile real estate finance team and be exposed to a wide range of legal work.
