  • Clients include- mainstream banks, challenger banks, building societies, short term lenders, private lenders.
  • The team offer a range of bespoke services with a particular focus on real estate/property, alternative and complex loan structures, Real estate development finance, advice on refinancing and restructuring, bridging finance, advice on short-term finance and private lending, including initial due diligence and the production of bespoke loan and security documentation.
